An alumnus of HBTI Kanpur, with decades of experience across Heavy Engineering and Precision Engineering industries, my journey has always been driven by a deep fascination for machines and their ability to transform industries through innovation and efficiency.

Foundation in Steam Engineering
NS Tebo began its journey with the refurbishment and servicing of steam turbines for sugar mills, marking the foundation of our expertise in steam engineering.
- 2004
Establishment of Manufacturing Hub
The company was formally incorporated and established its first dedicated manufacturing unit in Ghaziabad, setting the stage for indigenous turbine production.
- 2007
First In-House Steam Turbine Milestone
Successfully manufactured our first OEM steam turbine, a major milestone demonstrating our capability to design and produce world-class equipment in-house.
- 2009
Expansion to Operation & Maintenance
Took over complete O&M (Operation & Maintenance) responsibilities for power plants and expanded production capacity by commissioning our second factory.
- 2012
Entry into Oil & Gas Turbine Solutions
Supplied and manufactured API standard turbines for refinery applications, along with executing boiler refurbishment and back-pressure turbine projects — strengthening our presence in the energy and oil & gas sectors.
- 2016
Innovation in Micro Steam Turbines
Designed and developed Micro Steam Turbines for demonstration and educational use in engineering colleges and research institutes, contributing to technical education and R&D in India.

Pioneering Renewable Steam Power Integration
Installed a Solar Thermal Power Plant, integrating renewable technology with steam-based solutions to promote sustainable and hybrid energy systems.
